Rosemary Liuzzo Mohamed is an attorney at law with Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. admitted to both the New York and New Jersey State Bar.She is currently the head of our Mortgage Finance Group concentrating primarily in representing leading banks in lending transactions. Additionally, Rosemary represents buyers, sellers and corporations in both residential and commercial transactions. She has handled multiple complex NY loans such as Consolidation, Extension and Modification agreements in connection with both refinances and purchases. Rosemary has extensive experience in closing mortgages secured by condominiums and one to four family houses as well as loans secured by cooperative apartment shares and proprietary leases. She additionally has experience in title insurance law. Rosemary earned her law degree from Hofstra University School of Law, 2005.In 2013, the firm named Rosemary Liuzzo Mohamed a partner at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C.
