Roshni also serves as counsel to high net worth individuals on sophisticated estate and tax planning matters.Roshni works with executors and trustees on estate and trust planning and administration, including long-term care planning and advocacy, fiduciary representation, and public benefits, including Medicaid and guardianships. She also has experience with corporate healthcare providers on collection, Medicaid, Probate, and litigation matters.Roshni previously worked at a boutique New Jersey firm focused on estate planning and corporate law where she gained valuable experience in real estate and commercial matters. She also worked for a boutique healthcare firm representing healthcare providers and as a Regional Medicaid Manager in New Jersey for a national long-term care company.Roshni earned her J.D. from the New England School of Law in Boston and received her B.A. from Temple University. While in law school, she attended the National University of Ireland as part of a study abroad program with U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts. Jr. Roshni also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Edward G. Smith in the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas.
