Rosie Nieves

Ms. Nieves was born and raised in New Jersey just minutes from the island of Manhattan. Her parents, who are both from Puerto Rico, raised Ms. Nieves to be fluent in both English and Spanish. In 2004, Ms. Nieves moved to Georgia and began working at a small general practice firm in Roswell where she gained experience in several practice areas such as personal injury, Family Law, Workers' Compensation, and Debt Collections. She enjoyed Criminal Defense the most and wanted to focus solely on that area.

She earned her Paralegal Certification from Kennesaw State University in 2009 while continuing to work in Criminal Defense full time and raising 3 children.
