Biography

Ross H. Chafin received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida and is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Ross joined Fisher, Tousey, Leas & Ball in 2017 and practices in the firm’s real estate department. Ross’s practice includes commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, financing and leasing, commercial loan work-outs and restructures, and title and survey review. Ross is a board member and chair of the governance committee for the North Florida Land Trust and serves as the programs committee chair for NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association’s Northeast Florida chapter.

Ross and his wife, Leslie, recently had their first child, and reside in Jacksonville Beach. Ross and his wife enjoy traveling and getting outdoors whenever possible and are active members of Momentum Church, where they serve on the audio/visual production team.

Ross works out of the Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra Beach offices.
