Biography

Roxana devotes the majority of her time at MLN to defending against damages outlined in life care plans and litigation issues related to the collateral source rule. Roxana's prior healthcare experience brings a multifaceted approach to MLN's team by providing insight into healthcare billing practices and operations.

Prior to joining MLN, Roxana clerked for the Hon. Carolyn E. Wright in Essex County's Superior Court, where she gained extensive knowledge on courtroom proceedings and motion practice. Roxana is a graduate of The City University of New York School of Law (CUNY), where she was a member of CUNY's Moot Court and Law Review.
