Biography

Roza Zakinova, Esq. joined the law firm in 2017 and has gradually moved up the team from a legal intern to taking the New York Bar and joining the firm as an associate.

Roza has experience in working in many facets of US immigration & nationality law including working with US consulates, embassies, and other branches of the Department of State, working on Family Based and Employment based petitions and applications, Humanitarian Reinstatement requests, Humanitarian Parole Requests, and I-212, I-601, and I-601A waiver applications. Ms. Zakinova is has a deep understanding of Immigration & Nationality Law and strives to do the best quality work for our clients.

She is married with two children. And Roza is fluent in Russian and English, with moderate understanding of Hebrew.
