He has represented both Sellers and Purchasers in real estate transactions, of a residential and commercial nature. Additionally, he has represented Lenders in connection with residential and commercial financing. He also represented Condominiums and works in the fields of Landlord/Tenant Law, Mortgage Foreclosure and Commercial Leasing.

He has experience representing Land Developers and Home Builders in land acquisitions, subdivision applications and new construction home sales.
