Russell has been the Kitsap County elected Prosecuting Attorney for a number of years. His work has been outstanding, as it was when he was in private practice. He is most deserving of a "a" rating. Read less

Has served as the elected County Prosecutor for Kitsap County, WA. He appears ill-advised on the law, and has pursued groundless issues in what would appear to be a vindictive manner. He also has had at least two Deputies who have substantial ethical and competency issues- one of whom was ultimately fired after having been involved with criminal acts, and one whom has engaged in unfair labor practices and also investigated (but cleared) by the bar.
