Biography

Russell Lincoln Reddecliff is an Associate in the firm's Pensacola office. His practice areas include employment law, general liability and commercial tort litigation, with a focus on defending wrongful termination claims brought under the Florida Civil Rights Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Mr. Reddecliff earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida in 2022 with a double major in Political Science and Economics. He then attended the University of Miami School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2025. During his first year of law school, he participated in Cole, Scott & Kissane’s Summer Associate program and continued as a Law Clerk with the firm throughout his law school career.
