Biography

Russell Plevretes graduated from The NYC Police Academy in 1989 and then went on to graduate from The State University of New York in 1992 while working full time as a Police Officer. Russell continued to work full time as a Police Officer while attending St John’s University School of Law where he obtained his J.D.in 1995 and was admitted to the NYS Bar in 1996. Russell then furthered his legal education at New York University School of Law where he graduated in 1997 with an LLM in Taxation. While remaining a Police Office Russell worked with the Law Firm of Vaccaro & Prisco. In 2005 Russell joined the Board of Directors of the John Theisen’s Children’s Foundation to help children with cancer have a better life. In 2009 Russell retired from the Police Department as a Lieutenant. He has been with Feldman, Kramer Monaco PC since 2019. At FKM Russell divides his time between giving Business advice, Employment advice, Tax advice and some Estate Planning and Probate advice. He is fortunate to be happily married with 4 children.
