Ruth’s expertise focuses on various industries including technology, social media, privacy, insurance and financial services, with an emphasis on cross-border disputes. Ruth has represented clients in consumer class actions, complex commercial litigation and trust and estates litigation.

Prior to joining Herzog Fox & Neeman, Ruth acquired experience in the field of commercial litigation at a prominent New York law firm where she represented both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and business reorganizations.
