Ruth E. Bernstein

My accomplishments and achievements in the field of Legal Services has earned me inclusion into the Top Attorneys of North America and Super Lawyers 2017. I am a fully committed trial lawyer with twenty-four years of experience. Her vast knowledge of personal injury law has gained her an excellent reputation in the New York City metropolitan area and throughout New York State. I have tried numerous cases to verdict and have been featured in various local and national media. I received my B.S. from Syracuse University and my J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. I am a member of the ATLA Board of Governors, Trial Lawyers for Public Justice Board of Directors, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York County Lawyers Association, Brooklyn Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, and a Women’s Caucus Chair. I have earned many honors and awards, including the Maria Lambert Award by the American Association of Justice in 2009.
