Ryan D. Frazier

Ryan D. Frazier is a personal injury and sexual abuse attorney with Monsees & Mayer, P.C., representing clients throughout Missouri and Arkansas. Based in Springfield, Missouri, Ryan focuses his practice on helping survivors of sexual abuse and individuals who have suffered serious or catastrophic injuries due to negligence.

A Springfield native, Ryan graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration emphasizing finance and economics before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law. During law school, he developed a passion for trial advocacy while competing nationally on the mock trial team.

A significant portion of Ryan’s practice is dedicated to representing survivors of child sexual abuse, boarding school abuse, school abuse, foster care abuse, and institutional negligence claims. He also handles car accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death claims, electrocution injuries, hunting accidents, and other complex personal injury litigation. Ryan is known for taking the time to understand each client’s story so he can effectively advocate for them both inside and outside the courtroom.

Ryan has earned recognition for his advocacy and commitment to justice, including being named to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch and The National Trial Lawyers. In 2021, he became a shareholder at Monsees & Mayer, further strengthening his role within the firm’s leadership.

In addition to his legal practice, Ryan is active in the community and serves on the boards of several organizations, including Ozarks Counseling Center and Encompass Academy.
