Ryan G. Prescott

Ryan Prescott is a Marietta native through and through, having grown up right here before heading to the University of Georgia for both his psychology and law degrees. During his time at UGA Law, it was clear he had a natural talent for the courtroom. He was a standout in the advocacy program and even picked up a "Best Advocate" award in a major regional competition. After graduation, Ryan spent seven years at a top defense firm, where he mastered the ropes of litigation at every level, from administrative hearings all the way to the Georgia Court of Appeals. He is particularly well-known for his work in workers’ compensation, earning the "Rising Star" title from Super Lawyers multiple times, at least until he technically "aged out" of the category! When he isn’t tackling legal disputes, Ryan is usually coaching his kids' sports teams or hosting a family game night with his wife, Suzanne, and their two children. He’s also an aspiring screenwriter, which likely explains why he’s so good at telling his clients' stories in court. He brings a perfect mix of local pride and sharp legal talent to every case he handles.
