Ryan Sylvia has over 10 years of experience representing clients in all varieties of commercial real estate transactions. He works with lenders and borrowers on all phases of commercial loan transactions secured by real estate and other forms of collateral and has experience with loan workouts, including loan modifications, forbearance agreements, and loan extensions.Ryan has extensive experience negotiating, drafting, and reviewing commercial lease agreements on behalf of landlords and tenants including for retail space, apartment buildings, multi-family dwellings, restaurants, shopping centers, and mixed-use spaces.Ryan also represents investors, developers, and buyers/sellers in real estate transactions, including negotiation and drafting contracts of sale, and working with 1031 qualified intermediaries on tax deferred like-kind exchanges. Utilizing his vast knowledge of real estate law, Ryan has successfully represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.Ryan’s practice also includes counseling clients in a wide range of business matters, including business formation, corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, sales, trademarks, and licensing agreements.
