Biography

Ryan L. Rosenkrantz is an associate at Lewis Thomason’s Memphis office. He is licensed in both Tennessee and Arkansas. He focuses his practice primarily in the areas of education law, healthcare liability defense, and general civil litigation. Ryan pursued his undergraduate studies at Rhodes College, where he obtained a degree in educational studies. During his time at Rhodes, Ryan had the unique opportunity to study the Finnish education system during a semester abroad in Jyvaskyla, Finland, gaining valuable insights into international education practices. Ryan’s dedication and contributions at Rhodes College were further recognized as he was inducted into the Rhodes College Hall of Fame for the Class of 2019.

After completing his undergraduate studies, Ryan’s commitment to education led him to receive a prestigious Fulbright Scholarship to Malta. In Malta, he shared his knowledge and passion by teaching English to Maltese secondary school students, international students attending the University of Malta, and refugees relocated from Africa. This experience broadened his perspective on the power of education and the importance of supporting diverse communities.

Upon returning to the United States, Ryan chose to continue his educational journey and attend law school. His aspiration as a lawyer is rooted in a desire to give back to his community and make a positive impact, especially in support of school systems and education.
