Ryan Hicks is the managing partner of Wood Smith Henning & Berman LLP's Colorado office and is highly regarded for his ability to navigate and guide his clients through difficult and complex civil disputes and litigation. He has over 15 years of experience, with the last decade focusing on first- and third-party disputes involving construction defects, professional liability, and catastrophic injury. He is also well-regarded for his results in handling product liability and insurance coverage. Ryan's daily experience includes the representation of a diverse array of clients ranging from seasoned national and international builders/developers, retailers, property managers, and product manufacturers to local 'Mom and Pop' businesses and individuals involved in litigation for the first time.
