Biography

A former Allegheny County Assistant District Attorney, Ryan M. Carroll brings a wide breadth of trial and negotiation experience to his practice at Burns White, where he is an Associate of the Workers' Compensation Group. Mr. Carroll focuses on the defense of employers and insurance companies in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Carroll obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2007 from the University of Pittsburgh. While there, he received the Dean's Merit Scholarship, served as Associate Editor of the Pittsburgh Tax Review and was a Certified Legal Intern at the university's Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. Mr. Carroll received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University in 2001.

Mr. Carroll is currently admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
