Biography

Ryan provides strategic legal counsel to a wide range of licensed professionals, including attorneys, accountants, real estate agents, home inspectors, appraisers, insurance brokers, and other industry professionals. Ryan has handled matters involving commercial disputes and intellectual property issues as well and has significant litigation experience.

Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Ryan practiced law at several prominent national law firms where he gained exposure to complex, high-stakes matters, and collaborated with seasoned practitioners across multiple disciplines.

Ryan earned his juris doctor from Widener University School of Law while working full-time, attending classes in the evening. Before attending law school, he worked as a scientist in the life sciences and biotechnology sector, gaining firsthand experience with the technical, regulatory, and commercial challenges faced by innovators in that industry.

In addition to his J.D., Ryan has completed an M.S., an M.B.A., and two LL.M. degrees, giving him a uniquely interdisciplinary perspective that informs his counsel and enhances his ability to navigate complex legal and business issues.
