Ryan Sigal

Ryan is a founding member of Miller, Dawson, Sigal and Ward Injury Attorneys, a distinguished law firm specializing in general civil litigation. With a focus on cases involving automobile accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, wrongful deaths, and serious personal injuries, Ryan has established himself as a skillful litigator in South Carolina courts. Throughout his career, he has achieved remarkable success, securing millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients.

Originally from North Carolina, Ryan pursued his education at North Carolina State University, where he earned a degree in political science with a concentration in law and justice. Following his graduation, he gained valuable experience by clerking for a prominent civil defense law firm in Atlanta. Seeking further legal education, Ryan relocated to Columbia, SC, where he attended the esteemed University of South Carolina School of Law. After completing his legal studies, he settled in Charleston, SC, where he has been practicing law ever since. Prior to co-founding Miller, Dawson, Sigal & Ward Injury Attorneys, Ryan dedicated his entire legal career to advocating for injured individuals, representing them against insurance companies, corporations, and individual defendants at various esteemed law firms in Charleston. Notably, he also served as the head of the litigation department at a local Charleston-based personal injury firm.

Ryan resides on James Island with his wife, Price, their daughters, Copeland and Sumner, and their beloved dog, Emma.
