Ryan Whitmore Pasquini

Ryan W. Pasquini of Bannister Wyatt & Stalvey is an attorney in Greenville, SC and is licensed to practice in South Carolina and North Carolina. He practices in the area of general civil litigation and advises clients on data privacy and information security laws and regulations, including compliance with HIPAA/HITECH and Gramm-Leach-Bliley.

Mr. Pasquini graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Economics. Mr. Pasquini earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. During his time as a student, Mr. Pasquini was on Dean’s List multiple semesters, earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in International Trade Law, and served as a Research Assistant to Intellectual Property Professor Ned Snow.

Mr. Pasquini is an active member of the South Carolina Bar. He is a member of the South Carolina Lawyers Helping Lawyers Commission and assisted the program in developing, designing, and implementing a secure database for historical and future client data. He continues to assist the South Carolina Bar in developing a strategic plan to increase services utilization in rural areas of South Carolina. He is member of the Young Lawyers Division, Richland County Bar, Mecklenburg County Bar, and International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Mr. Pasquini also enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf with friends, and hiking with his dog.
