Rye Mhtar

Rye Mhtar is a Senior Associate Litigation Attorney at Buffington Law Firm, PC, concentrating on trust and estate litigation, real estate disputes, elder law matters, and business litigation. She earned her B.A. from UCLA in 2015 and her J.D. from Chapman University Fowler School of Law in 2019. Since joining the firm in 2020, Ms. Mhtar has built a practice focused on helping clients navigate contentious, often personal conflicts, ranging from trust contests and property disputes to business disagreements, unlawful detainer actions, and civil restraining order proceedings.
