S. Todd Parks

Todd Parks is the partner in charge of the Northwest Texas office of Walters, Balido & Crain located in Decatur. He is a trial attorney who represents clients in matters involving the defense of persons or companies insured through individual or commercial insurance polices. His practice is primarily in rural counties within 150 miles of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, including Wichita, Clay, Montague, Wise, Parker, Johnson, Erath, Young, Cook, Grayson, Denton, Hood, Summerville, Ellis, Kaufman, Rockwall, Hunt, Lamar and Fannin counties. He has tried cases in most of these counties. 100% of Todd's practice is devoted to litigation.
