Biography

Sabena Singh Nahhas is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on resolving a variety of first and third party insurance disputes through litigation and mediation. Sabena has broad experience defending claims of breach of contract, bad faith, violations of the Texas Insurance Code, violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and fraud against individuals and companies. Prior to joining the firm, her practice also included handling medical malpractice, products liability, and professional negligence claims. Sabena brings practical experience and a tailored approach to each of her cases.

Sabena has developed a reputation amongst her peers and clients for her comprehensive, detail-oriented representation. Before joining David Allen Law Group, Sabena practiced law at a regional defense litigation firm. Sabena earned a B.A. from Baylor University in 2003 and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2006.

In her free time, Sabena is committed to giving back to the community through education initiatives. She is an active member of the Dallas Bar Association’s Law in the Schools and Community Committee, which sponsors and coordinates the yearly Texas High School Mock Trial Competition.
