Biography

Sabrina D. Niewialkouski is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Fort Lauderdale office, where she dedicates her practice to commercial and employment litigation matters in both federal and state courts. She is also well-versed in arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association and JAMS.

Sabrina has a wide array of experience handling high stakes complex business matters, including intricate partnership and shareholder disputes, contractual business disputes, and torts such as fraud, tortious interference with business and contractual relationships, conversion, civil theft, and defamation. Her practice also often involves the handling of real estate disputes and matters involving financial institutions. Sabrina also has deep experience defending and advising clients on a variety of employment-related issues and disputes, including those related to Title VII, the Family Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, and Florida Civil Rights Act. Her experience also extends to litigation and counseling involving employment agreements, including the enforcement restrictive covenants.
