Biography

Sachiyo Miller is senior counsel in WSHB's Los Angeles office who dedicates her practice to all facets of employment law. In her position with the firm, Sachiyo handles employment litigation and counsels companies on hiring, retention, and employee termination. She is a frequent speaker, both in English and Japanese, at conferences and seminars focusing on employment law. She also conducts sexual harassment training for employees working in a wide array of industries. Sachiyo began her career in employment law in law school when she served as a law clerk with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission at the Los Angeles District Office.

In her free time, Sachiyo enjoys volunteering for non-profit organizations impacting Japanese and Japanese Americans, including the Japan America Society of Southern California, Orange County Japanese American Association, and Asians and Pacific Islanders with Disabilities of California.
