Biography

Attorney Sallie D. Skipper has deep roots in Florida, having moved to the state at the age of three. She attended Alfred I. duPont and Wolfson High Schools in Jacksonville before beginning her career in the banking industry, where she met her late husband, Curtis Skipper. A former real estate broker, Sallie later earned degrees from Pasco-Hernando State College, the University of South Florida, and Stetson College of Law. Sallie is an active leader in the legal community, with involvement in various professional associations, including The Florida Bar and its Real Property, Probate, and Trust Section, as well as the Elder Law Section. She has held leadership roles in the West Pasco Bar Association and the Allgood-Altman American Inn of Court. Licensed to practice before Florida courts, the Federal Middle District of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court, Sallie brings a wealth of experience to her practice.

Outside of her legal career, Sallie is passionate about her family, church, and community service. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and reading. Her commitment to both her profession and community reflects her dedication to making a meaningful impact.
