Sal focuses his practice on corporate finance and related matters, representing public and private borrowers, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, bank and direct lenders, lead arrangers and other financing sources in connection with syndicated and bilateral loan financings, including senior secured financings, first lien, second lien, mezzanine, asset-backed, unsecured, acquisition and bridge financings.
