Biography

Sam Wilson is committed to protecting consumers and public health.

His path spans Big Law, the federal judiciary, and government service, giving him the perspective and skill to navigate complex disputes from start to finish.

Sam initially decided to pursue a career in law after an early career in politics and media, including service as Deputy Director of Broadcast Media at the White House following the 2008 presidential campaign. Frustrated by the gap between politics and people’s lives, he saw practicing law as a way to help people engage directly with the laws that impact their lives. Now he utilizes his curiosity and analytical mind to seek solutions to root issues rather than surface symptoms.

Prior to joining Keller Rohrback, Sam’s legal career included work in complex civil litigation with Big Law firms O’Melveny & Myers LLP and Perkins Coie LLP, a clerkship for the Hon. Edward J. Davila in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and most recently, service as a Deputy District Attorney in Alameda County, prosecuting consumer and environmental protection cases.

When not working, Sam enjoys reading, cooking, and exploring California with his partner and their young daughter.
