Samantha Avery Popowcer is an Associate in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale West office. Her practice area includes insurance defense and Personal Injury Protection (PIP).

Ms. Popowcer earned her Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship at Florida State University and received her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. While in school, Ms. Popowcer earned Dean’s List five out of the six semesters in law school, graduating cum laude.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Popowcer was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Ernest A. Kollra of the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. Additionally, Ms. Popowcer worked as a Law Clerk focusing primarily on family law and probate.
