Biography

Samantha B. Scully is Staff Attorney practicing in the Firm’s Pharmaceutical Products and Toxic Torts & Products Liability groups. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, legal research and writing, analysis of information for depositions and discovery, and other tasks relating to the defense of mass tort claims in complex litigation.

During law school, Ms. Scully worked as a Dean's Fellow at the Janet R. Spragens Federal Tax Clinic, Washington College of Law, where she assisted in representing low income tax payers. She also worked as a Licensed Student Attorney at the Washington College of Law Disability Rights Law Clinic, representing disabled clients in multiple matters, including assisting clients to apply for further educational and job training.

Ms. Scully received her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, and graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Certificate in National Security Studies.
