Samantha Carroll is an Associate in our New York City office. Ms. Carroll concentrates her efforts in civil litigation defense, primarily on matters involving premises liability, Labor Law (Construction Site accidents), property damage and subrogation.

Ms. Carroll earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Multimedia Arts, with a minor in Business Management from California State University, Northridge. She received her Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2018. Ms. Carroll is currently an active member of the Metropolitan Black Bar Association.
