Biography

Samantha Greenfield focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, environmental disputes, financial services litigation, and employment matters. She represents clients across various industries in federal and state courts. Samantha handles a wide range of legal issues, including trademark disputes, securities fraud, civil rights actions, and labor law cases. In addition to her litigation practice, Samantha has worked on bankruptcy matters, representing major creditors. Prior to joining the firm, Samantha clerked for the Hon. Edward S. Kiel of the District of New Jersey.
