Biography

Samantha Isabel Arregui is an Associate in the firm's Orlando office and focuses her practice on general liability, where she works primarily on matters involving premises liability, negligent security, and auto negligence. She earned her law degree from the Florida International University College of Law and is admitted to practice in Florida. Throughout law school, Samantha served as the President of the Hispanic Law Student Association and as the 3L Class Representative of the Student Bar Association. She was a member of the Negotiation and Mediation Team and the Trial Team, representing FIU Law in competitions for both teams throughout her time in law school. Before joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Samantha worked as a Law Clerk on the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations under Senator Jon Ossoff, as a research assistant for the ACLU of Florida, and worked extensively with various immigration-related non-profit organizations.
