Biography

Samantha L. Grosinger joined Heidell, Pittoni, Murphy & Bach, as an associate attorney in 2024. At HPM&B, Samantha represents insurance companies in the defense of various negligence matters, including elevator accidents and premises liability matters.

Samantha handles the legal representation and management of insurance defense cases in all aspects of pre-trial litigation, with a particular focus in case development, motion support, discovery management, legal research, and represents clients in court appearances and conferences.

During law school, Samantha served as a Staff Editor on the Cardozo International and Comparative Law Review and served on the executive board of Chabad Serving Cardozo.
