Biography

Samantha Share is a Lawyer and Assistant Managing Director of Share Lawyers. She joined Share Lawyers in 2013 and is passionate about continuing the Share Lawyers legacy of a family business that puts the needs of clients first. Samantha was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2012, the Alberta bar in 2017 and the British Columbia bar in 2018. She started her law career working for a large insurance defence law firm, handling personal injury matters. Samantha’s role on the Share Lawyers team is conducting discoveries, mediations, and settlement negotiations. She is also on the Intake team, consulting with potential clients who are looking for legal representation with their insurance claim matters and she is also involved in the day-to-day management of the law firm and the legal team.

Samantha is a graduate of Queen’s University, where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 2011, and is a graduate of the University of Toronto history program, graduating in 2008, with distinction, with a Bachelor of Arts, Honours.

Samantha is passionate about helping people get the support and legal representation that they need and deserve. Samantha enjoys reading and shopping in her downtime as well as spending time with her husband and two kids.
