Biography

Samantha Shaw is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Hospitality practice. She has significant experience in the Middle East Region as a transactional real estate lawyer and is a solicitor admitted in New South Wales, Australia. She regularly acts on the acquisition and disposal of large scale commercial and industrial properties, musataha and ground lease developments, as well as advising on joint venture arrangements for real estate developments. Her experience also extends to advising on master community and mixed-use developments as well as hotel management agreements across the region. She acts for a range of clients advising master developers, government organisations, sovereign wealth funds, hotel owners and private companies and has a deep understanding of the region having practiced in Dubai for over 7 years.
