Samantha Christine Craig Stevens

Samantha Stevens chose to become an attorney because she wanted to help people. As a personal injury attorney at Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC, Samantha works with clients after litigation has begun through mediation and in preparation of trial. She has been selected as a Super Lawyers, Rising Star Honoree for the past several years. Only a few top-rated personal injury attorneys receive this honor.

“I grew up around the law firm and saw attorneys who really, truly cared about the people they were working for and really wanted to make a positive difference in their lives and in the community,” Samantha says. “I saw them do a lot of work in the community, not because they had to, but because they wanted to. They spend a lot of time in these communities.”

Background

Samantha attended Lawrence North High School and graduated with honors from Ball State University with a degree in Elementary Education. She worked as a law clerk at Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC while a law student at Indiana University McKinney School of Law. She graduated in 2015 and joined the firm as an attorney.

When she joined the law firm as an attorney, she initially managed pre-litigation cases. She works in the litigation and trial division. She works on cases in litigation from their commencement to their conclusion.
