Biography

Samantha T. Carmody is an associate in Cooper Levenson’s Research and Appellate Law practice group, based in the Atlantic City office. She focuses on appellate matters across criminal, civil, and family law.

Samantha previously served as an appellate law clerk to the Honorable Richard J. Geiger in the New Jersey Appellate Division, where she assisted with a wide range of appeals from 2021 to 2022. She also gained experience as a summer associate and law clerk at Cooper Levenson, as well as with a Philadelphia insurance defense firm.

Her early legal experience includes serving as a legal intern at the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office, a judicial intern to the Honorable Nancy L. Ridgway in Cape May, and a legislative intern for Congressman Frank A. LoBiondo in Washington, D.C.
