Biography

Samantha Leigh Tomlin is a Partner at the firm’s Tampa office where she works within the general liability team.

Mrs. Tomlin is a Bay Area native. She attended the University of Central Florida and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. After graduation she moved to Nashville, TN and attended law school at Belmont University College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mrs. Tomlin was an Assistant Public Defender in the 13th Judicial Circuit. As an Assistant Public Defender, she handled over a thousand cases in County and Circuit Courts, including 19 bench trials and over 30 hearings.
