Samuel Bennett Schulte

Born and raised in Hutchinson, Kansas, Sam Schulte brings a practical, team-first mindset to his work as an attorney. He graduated from Washburn University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and was also the captain of Washburn’s men’s golf team. Sam earned his law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2016. During law school, he served as president of the Christian Legal Society and completed a Business and Commercial Law Certificate by concentrating his coursework on business-related legal issues. He also built experience outside the classroom, interning with Mann Wyatt Tanksley Injury Attorneys, working with a firm in Nashville, Tennessee, and serving as a Teaching Assistant for the University of Kansas School of Business. Sam joined Mann Wyatt Tanksley Injury Attorneys in June 2016 and, after passing the bar, became licensed in Kansas state and federal courts as well as the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. He stays active professionally through memberships in the Kansas Bar Association, Missouri Bar Association, Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, Wichita Bar Association, and Reno County Bar Association. Away from work, Sam spends time with his family and is rarely far from a game, a course, or some kind of competition, often with family right alongside him.
