Samuel Husman focuses his practice on complex corporate restructurings, cross-border insolvencies, and bankruptcy-related litigation. He has deep experience in chapter 11 cases involving mass tort liability. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Laurie Selber Silverstein in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
