Biography

With over twenty years of experience, Sam Talarico represents corporate clients on corporate governance issues, mergers & acquisitions, securities compliance and private placements. On a routing basis, Sam represents clients with buying and selling of businesses and counseling on transaction structure, tax consequences and regulatory matters. He works with publicly owned companies with the preparation of 10-Ks, 8-Ks, 10-Qs, proxy materials and press release. Sam is a certified public accountant (inactive status) and, prior to his legal career, worked as an auditor for the international “Big 4” accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
