Biography

Sam Ehrlich joined York Harmon Johnson in 2022. After graduating law school, Sam worked as a Staff Attorney handling products liability and mass tort matters at a defense firm located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He returned home to Charlotte in 2020 and worked at a large plaintiff’s personal injury firm until joining York Harmon Johnson. His current practice mainly involves defending clients in a variety of civil litigation matters including automobile/trucking accidents, construction defects, breach of contract, premises liability, insurance matters, and landlord/tenant disputes.

Sam is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and Mecklenburg County Bar Association.

Away from work, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife Gina and their two daughters. He is an avid sports fan whose favorite teams are the South Carolina Gamecocks, Carolina Panthers, and St. Louis Cardinals.
