Samuel Liverseed

Attorney Sam Liverseed, a partner at Domer Law, represents injured workers throughout Wisconsin and focuses his practice entirely on workers’ compensation. He approaches each case with personal attention, working directly with clients from intake to resolution and making sure they understand the process and their options along the way. Sam has proven trial skills, with successful outcomes before Administrative Law Judges and the Labor and Industry Review Commission, and he is equally effective in negotiating strong settlements that protect clients from the risks of litigation. His settlement work includes many six-figure case resolutions designed to maximize benefits and provide certainty for injured workers and their families. Sam’s work has been recognized by Wisconsin Super Lawyers as a Rising Star (2019–present). He also regularly presents at seminars on workers’ compensation topics and is active in professional organizations, including WAWCA (2023 President), WILG, the Wisconsin Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice. Sam has supported the community as a Kids’ Chance of Wisconsin board member, helping expand scholarship opportunities for children of injured workers. He earned his B.A. from UW–Madison and his law degree from Marquette University Law School, where he received a WAWCA award.
