Samuel M. Korchnoy

Samuel Moshe Korchnoy is an Associate in the firm's Miami office. He primarily focuses his practice on premises liability, vehicle negligence, negligent security, and construction.

Mr. Korchnoy attended Yeshiva University and received a Bachelor of Business Science. He was a Dean's List Scholar and captain of the swim club. Prior to attending Yeshiva University, Mr. Korchnoy studied abroad at Yeshivat Ashreinu, Beit Shemesh, Israel, learning about Jewish law and ethics.

Mr. Korchnoy received his Juris Doctor from University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude. He was a Dean's List Scholar, recipient for the Deans Merit Scholarship, and awarded the Cali Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Research Techniques. Mr. Korchnoy was also a part of the Cardozo Jewish Legal Society club and a member of honor council.

While in law school, Mr. Korchnoy worked as a research assistant to Professor Stephen R. Urice, where he assisted with Trust and Estates course preparation, compiling Florida Statutes paralleling the Uniform Probate and Uniform Trust Codes. He also interned with the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office after his 1st year, where he provided trial assistance to first chair in a felony case, observed hearing and trials, and attended depositions.

Mr. Korchnoy was born and raised in New York, and in his spare time, enjoys reading, hiking, fishing, and playing pickleball and basketball.
