Biography

Samuel R. Harden began his legal career with a concentration on taxation, business, and real estate. These three concentrations would develop his appreciation of effective estate planning, particularly for business owners and professionals.

While in law school, Sam worked for the City of Toledo law department, was nominated into the Order of Barristers for his outstanding work at the national Duberstein Moot Court Competition, was one of the four annual finalists of the Charles W. Fornoff Appellate Advocacy Competition, and represented The University of Toledo College of Law at the annual Ohio Attorney General’s Public Service Mock Trial Competition.

Sam lives in Toledo, where he volunteers with multiple nonprofit boards and raises two young children that he is incredibly proud of.
