Samuel W. King, II

Samuel W. King II concentrates his practice in condominium development, real estate transactions, Land Court property administration, and land use entitlements. Mr. King has also represented clients in lease renewal arbitration disputes and construction payment mediation.Mr. King was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, graduating from Punahou in 2002. Prior to beginning his legal career, Mr. King majored in Middle East Regional Studies at Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service, studied Arabic, studied abroad in Cairo, consulted on construction databases for the Pentagon Renovation Program, interned for U.S. Senator Mel Martinez of Florida, worked in international development in Iraq and Afghanistan, and volunteered internationally in Thailand, India, and Zambia.Mr. King clerked for the Honorable Justice Richard R. Pollack of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawaii and worked as in-house counsel for Hawaii Medical Service Association. Mr. King contributes to Hawaii's public discourse, as well, having been published in numerous newspapers on issues of international affairs and land use development in Hawaii.
