Biography

Sang Eun “Jennice” Lee helps clients build global trademark footprints, enforce valuable Intellectual Property rights, and monetize critical brand assets through strategic and creative approaches. Specifically, she counsels and represents major international and domestic clients in their trademark and copyright portfolio management including trademark and copyright filings, clearance searches, enforcement and ex parte appeals before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).

Jennice also assists clients to scrutinize use claims within trademark applications and registrations through letter of protest procedures. She also handles takedown procedures involving trademark and copyright claims on social media, conducts trademark due diligence in M&A transactions and reviews Intellectual Property licenses.

Jennice represents and advises clients across a wide range of industries, including software, technology, gaming, fashion, hospitality, restaurant and entertainment.
