Sanjay Bansal concentrates his practice in the areas of labor and employment law, business litigation, professional liability defense, real estate litigation and transactions, and intellectual property issues. Mr. Bansal is well versed in both state and federal court.Prior to joining KDV, Mr. Bansal practiced employment litigation where he represented clients in a broad range of employment and administrative matters. This included wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, contract negotiations and disputes, grievance hearings, and administrative writ of mandamus actions. His experience includes presenting the prevailing oral argument before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in a matter involving an employment dispute.While attending law school, Mr. Bansal worked full-time in the field of finance. In addition to being a licensed attorney, Mr. Bansal is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and Notary in the State of California.
